Bathrooms feature a 6 foot jacuzzi tub with a 7 ' tall shower.
Kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge , stove , microwave , and various other small appliances.
Living room has a woodstove , tv , stereo with radio & cd player , chair , and a coffee table.
Bedrooms features a double size bed , a dresser , a closet , and high speed internet & telephone service.
A large south facing upper deck overlooks the lake and features a BBQ and patio furniture.
The yard is very private and highly secure with locked gates and has various vegetable , herb , and flower gardens , fruit trees , and a firepit.
There is a private sandy beach , and good swimming and fishing in the lake .
Boats , seadoos , canoes and other watercraft may be available for rent upon request.
The caretaker on site will assist with boat rentals and may be available for guided tours of the lake or other outdoor wilderness tours.
Located within walking distance of a general grocery store , pub and liquor store , and Shawnigan village that has everything from a pharmacy to a post office.
Monthly rent is $ 1200 / month for 2 bedroom suite from September 2 - April 30.
Maximum 3 persons in 2 bedroom suite during monthly stays.
Weekly stays are from May 1 - Sepember 2.
Rent is $ 800 per week for 1 bedroom suite.
Rent is $ 1200 per week for 2 bedroom suite.
Based on 2 persons { double occupancy }.
Extra persons are an additional $ 25 / night per person.
Maximum persons is 3 persons in 1 bedroom suite .
Maximum persons is 5 persons in 2 bedroom suite.
Above maximum persons apply to weekly stays only.
A 50 % deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your week.
40 minutes to Victoria , and 50 minutes to Nanaimo by car.
Located within walking distance to train station that runs daily between Victoria , and Courtenay.
Local bus transit stop is nearby.
No Smoking allowed in house.
No Pets allowed on the property.
This a quiet and tranquil property so there are no parties or big family gatherings permitted.
Suitable for quiet , well behaved children only.
